Description

In this 60-minute class, you will learn about concepts of compassion and how to work through this concept toward yourself and others around you. You will practice the four steps of building compassion and explore ways to increase your compassion bandwidth so you can positively influence your quality of life and the community around you. You will increase your understanding of intention behind behaviors (especially by those who have hurt you) so you can better work through forgiveness toward yourself and others. This class is taught by licensed clinical social worker, Amanda Helsley.
